Our network: Belgium
Market leaders in every sense
Created in 1997 by Jean-Marc Segati and Jean-Paul Tréguer, Brussels was the first Senioragency office outside France and the first in Belgium to offer such marketing expertise. There are still no direct competitors in the market.
From the beginning, we have been proactive in the market, acting as evangelists with the launch of books, professional associations, conferences, lectures, seminars and press commentary.
We are experts in generational marketing, with particular emphasis on baby-boomer monitoring.
We provide five key services in Belgium:
Advertising that delivers- Brands which choose us as their advertising partner get the best return on investment, because we are specialists in the sector and we develop the right strategy, the right creative, the perfect tone of voice and the most effective media plan.
Agency know-how- We share our insight through seminars that help understanding of audience segments, market trends, challenges and media. This service is particularly relevant for marketing management guidance and for motivating sales teams.
Filling the blanks- We are not researchers, we are advertisers, but we can help our clients identify missing information or help them reach speedy operational conclusions through analysing all knowledge available in their company.
Building success- Senior marketing is not just about showing seniors. Because we understand the senior group, we can prepare the right creative and the right service in a much shorter time. Compared with non-specialist consultants we can reach the point more quickly, shorten processes and reduce costs.
Cross-fertilising- Being the only senior market specialists in Belgium, we have more opportunities than any other advertising agency to meet companies, associations, the media or senior opinion formers. In this way, we can help companies from different sectors work together, we can help implement new initiatives or end up inventing new concepts for our clients.
Among the clients we have worked with are:
- Financial services: AXA, Delta Lloyd, Fortis, ING, P&V, Robeco
- Global brands: Coca-Cola, Mars, P&G, Sara Lee, Unilever
- FMCG: Danone, Materne, United Biscuit
- OTC: Boots, Cibavision, Epitact, Grand Optical, GSK, SCA
- Mobility: Avis, SNCB, Touring
- Charity: Amnesty, Foundation against Cancer, Oxfam
- Retail: Delhaize

Jean-Marc Segati
General Manager
Nextage & Senioragency
segati@senioragency.com
Jean-Marc Segati began his advertising career at Saatchi & Saatchi in 1987, working on accounts as diverse as IBM, Toyota, Beiersdorf, Nabisco and British Airways.
Moving to Messages-BDDP Paris, a leading direct marketing agency, he worked on campaigns for BMW, Hertz Europe, Vichy and other local major brands, before returning to Brussels, this time with Grey.
His key roles within Grey ranged from pan-European co-ordination of British Petroleum and British American Tobacco accounts, to local management of key clients such as Delhaize and Le Lion.
He was also instrumental in setting up several new offerings within Gray, including sales promotion, digital and retail marketing. In six years he rose from Account Supervisor to Client Service Director and then to Associate Director.
Jean-Paul moved into senior marketing in early 1997, with the launch of Senioragency Belgium. He also participated in the expansion of the Senioragency international network, the first generational advertising group of its kind.

Christophe Urvoy-Isaac is an experienced advertising professional and has worked on a large number of campaigns specifically aimed at the older consumers.
He began his career with Grey Belgium, and then joined Senioragency for a first time in 2002, working on campaigns for Touring, Danone Actimel, Fortis and Amnesty International among others.
After four years, he moved to AIR Brussels where he worked on brands for Schweppes, Bongrain and in the charity sector with CAP48.
But senior marketing was never far from his mind and he continued to work on Touring.
In 2009, he returned to Senioragency for a second stint, this time as General Manager, tasked with developing the agency and its portfolio of clients.
